Claude Sonnet 与 Opus 5.5 被指 token 消耗过快，20x 用户 2 小时用掉 30% 额度

I’ve never been the one to ever have a issue with usage and I’ve seen many people get on here and complain but after they released sonnet and opus 5.5 it’s like I do any task and it takes 1% up. I’ve been using Claude since my reset Sunday morning and I’ve used it a total of 2 hours max and only done some design work for my website with opus 5.5 seeing best model for it , and I had sonnet build I regular optimize my hooks , index and memory for new updates. So I never really saw any issues because it was usually a skill issue. But 2 hours using 30% of my usage is insane. I’m on 20x I’ve been paying it since the start of last year dumped almost 2400 into Claude. It very much seems to me they made these models heavy token drainers and seems like the best set up is going to be using old sonnet and opus to talk for regular convos. The issue i see here is now everytime I switch a model I use way more usage so I tend not to wanna switch and just thug out that task and switch after. I shouldn’t have to be deciding which model I should use for a task because it’s gonna use so much of my usage up I may not have Claude the rest of the week. I’ve have to use codex Thursday-Sunday usually now on plus plan and I never run out ever. Seems no matter what Claude will never beat codex on usage but codex will never design or give responses or outputs like Claude. I just don’t know what to do at this point I want the best models possible I can use to update and make my site better but I also want to be able to have access to my ai throughout the week I’m already spending $220/m. On two different models + whatever I get from Omni.
